Privacy Policy

When a merchant connects AgentMark, we collect account and workspace information they provide, authentication details, configuration choices, support communications, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

From connected advertising platforms, we retrieve the campaign, ad, creative, spend, and performance data the merchant authorizes AgentMark to read.

From Shopify, we retrieve store and product identifiers, product catalog information, order identifiers, line items, financial totals, order status, refunds, and attribution information needed to connect landing-page and creative activity with commerce outcomes. We do not intentionally retrieve or store buyer names, email addresses, billing or shipping addresses, or payment credentials.

AgentMark's storefront measurement may collect page views, referring campaign information, product and cart activity, checkout progress, device and browser information, IP-derived request information, and consent state. We use these events to measure landing-page and creative performance.

We use information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve AgentMark; connect creative and landing-page activity with commerce results; generate merchant-requested analysis and content; and respond to support, security, and legal requests. We do not sell personal information. We do not use merchant or customer data to train shared artificial-intelligence models.

We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate AgentMark, and when required by law or to protect users and the service. These providers may include cloud hosting, database, monitoring, communications, and artificial-intelligence infrastructure. They may process information only for the services they provide to AgentMark.

We retain merchant configuration and connected-platform data while an account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Shopify access credentials are removed when a store disconnects or uninstalls the app. We receive Shopify's mandatory privacy requests, delete corresponding stored data in response to verified redaction requests, and manually review verified access requests before providing the applicable information to the merchant. Merchants may also request export or deletion by contacting us.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and other technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. AgentMark and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws from the merchant's country.

Merchants can disconnect integrations and request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their information. Buyers should submit requests through the Shopify merchant they purchased from; Shopify then sends the applicable privacy request to installed apps. Where local law provides additional rights, we will honor verified requests as required.
