Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy describes how Cactivate, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use AgentMark.

Effective Date: August 7, 2025

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information:
Name, Email address, Billing information, Login credentials.

Connected Account Data (with your consent): Ad data from Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing. Performance metrics, campaign settings, ad creative data.

‍Technical Info: IP address, browser type, device information. Usage logs and interaction history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:
‍Provide and improve the Service. Manage billing and support. Generate AI-based outputs. Communicate service updates or product notices.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with:
‍Trusted service providers (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, LLM APIs). Regulators or legal authorities when required by law. Aggregate, anonymized data for internal analysis and marketing.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data until you request deletion. Upon deletion:
Personal data is erased from active systems. Backups may retain encrypted traces for 30–60 days

If you're in the EU or California, you may:

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data:
Encryption in transit and at rest. Limited employee access. Secure hosting (AWS/Supabase). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your info.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party processors including:
Stripe (payments). OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc. (LLM outputs). Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing API, etc., (ads data). Their usage is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. International Users

Data is stored in the United States, but we strive to comply with GDPR for EU customers.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy no more than once a year. We'll notify you via email or app banner if material changes occur.
